PRODUCT CONSTITUENTS:

Nass: tobacco, ash, cotton or sesame oil, water, and sometimes gum. Naswar and niswar: tobacco, slaked lime, indigo, cardamom, oil, menthol, water.

HOW USED:

Held in the mouth for 10 to 15 minutes. Naswar is sometimes chewed slowly. This product has been categorised as a tobacco product for oral use and the supply is prohibited

Sun- and heat-dried tobacco leaves, slaked lime, ash from tree bark, and flavoring and coloring agents are mixed together. Water is added and the mixture is rolled into balls.
