Analyst's observations

The sample included fragments of leaf material. A significant proportion of the fragmented leaf material had the microscopic characteristics of tobacco leaf and chemical analysis showed the presence of nicotine. Based on a natural nicotine content of dried tobacco ranging from 2 to 8 per cent , the results indicate the sample contains between 3 and 14 per cent tobacco.
