Analyst's observations

The sample included fragments of leaf material. A proportion of the fragmented leaf material had the microscopic characteristics of tobacco leaf and chemical analysis showed the presence of significant quantities of nicotine. Based on a natural nicotine content of dried tobacco ranging from 2 to 8 percent, the results indicate the sample contains approximately between 2.6 and 10.5 percent tobacco.
