Analyst's observations

The sample included fragments of leaf material. A significant proportion of the fragmented leaf material had the microscopic characteristics of tobacco leaf, and chemical analysis showed the presence of significant quantities of nicotine. The results indicate the sample contains between 4 and 16 per cent tobacco.
